Facebook Account Clone

Hello,
Many people’s accounts are currently being cloned. Some believe their accounts have been hacked, but there’s actually a difference between hacking and cloning.
Hacking means someone gains complete access to your account, including your password, and starts operating your account directly.
Cloning, on the other hand, means someone creates a new account using your photo and information, and then sends messages to your friends often asking for money.
If you want to prevent your account from being cloned, the simplest step is to make your Facebook friend list private.
That way, even if someone creates a fake account using your photo, they won’t be able to see your friend list, so they can’t send friend requests to your friends, which automatically reduces the chances of cloning.
Here are the simple steps to make your friend list private:
1. On a laptop: Click your profile photo at the top right.
On a mobile: Tap your profile photo at the bottom right and scroll down.
2. Go to Settings & Privacy, then open Settings.
3. On the left side, click “How people can find and contact you?”
4. On the right side, under “Who can see your friend list?”, select “Only Me.”

With this one simple step, you might help save some people from losing their money.
Thank you,

"Everything you do is being tracked!"

"Everything you do is being tracked!"

"If you are not paying for the product, then you are the product."

Two documentaries debut on Netflix, "Social Dilemma" and "The Great Hack". Having worked in the same industry for many years, the internal workings of social media apps were well known but this highlighted it even more.

"How are companies like Google, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, which basically give everything for free, so rich?" I always ask this question in my sessions. As a non-technical person, I get a lot of answers from the front end audience like, "The internet company is paying them for usage or they are selling your data". Some people even say that they are "making money on ads" but it is not clear how. This is exactly what is covered in both these documentaries.

"They are not interested in you, they are interested in your interest". When the US election was held, Cambridge Analytica, a data analysis and campaigning company, worked for Donald Trump. Taking advantage of the fact that Facebook gives access to third-party apps, this company developed an app in which a user's personality test survey was taken. For this, the user would also get money up to 5 dollars. There was only one condition that users had to "Login with Facebook". In this, Cambridge Analytica was getting access to the user's profile. By this method they got the data of Facebook profile of almost 270 thousand people. Along with that, with the access to the profiles of these people's friends, that number reached almost 87 million American citizens. They got at least 5000 data points of a person and through data analysis they studied the profile of each person. From that, the personality of each person was predicted. All this happened automatically through artificial intelligence. The system gets to know the person more than the person knows himself. Some negative content was created about Trump's opponents and the content was shown to the American citizens according to their mood. Artificial intelligence works very smartly in this too. After this, an American journalist, Carol Cadwalladr, brought the matter into focus and contacted Christopher Wylie, who worked as a data scientist at Cambridge Analytica, in the study. Because of this, everything came to light. After all, the matter went on for a long time and "Can the next elections be conducted in an honest manner?" Such a question was raised. When Mark Zuckerberg (father of Facebook) was asked about this in the legislative branch (called Congress in America), he could not answer many things.

Swati Chaturvedi's book "I Am A Troll" about the 2014 elections also sheds some light on this matter. The social media apps you are currently using (maybe other free apps too) are tracking everything you do. Basically what you say (in any language) is also tracked nowadays and there are many examples of this. Although your data is not sold directly to any company, this app keep complete study of your personality. These companies have precise information about your every personal and professional life. And information is shown to you based on this data. If this is to be stopped then a phone with a simple key pad will be required which is difficult for many people at the moment. So don't assume that everything you see or are shown is true. Because we feel what is shown to us is true.

That's it for now!

Thanks,

Why Zoom Was Not Banned?

Jai Hind Dosto,

Since last evening, the Indian government has banned 59 Chinese apps in India. But "Zoom" is not there in the list. I saw many questions on social media about it. Actually Zoom is not a Chinese app. Eric Yuan, the owner of "Zoom", is of Chinese origin and has been a U.S. citizen since 2007. Eric has been in the United States since 1997.

Zoom is an American company based and headquartered in California. However, like many other companies, Zoom also has a branch office in China and Chinese people work there on their payroll.

There are many questions about the security of Zoom. If you follow the basic settings  then you will never get security concerns. E.g.,

1. If you set up a meeting with a personal ID, its password has to be changed for each meeting.

2. You must have a password for each meeting.

3. When you sign up on Zoom, sign in with Google or Facebook.

4. The "Enable Waiting Room" option should be on in every meeting.

5. Do not include the meeting password in the meeting link.

If you take basic precautions like this then there is no problem in using "Zoom".

Design Social Media Images By Your Own

Jai Hind Dosto,

In this world of Social Media, your digital presence matters a lot. The strong visibility of your brand is, the more your business grows. But for good social media presence, your design sense should be good and this is why many small entrepreneurs retreat.

Before your content on social media posts, your image gets the attention of users. If your image is attractive then the content of your post will be read by the user.

Today I am going to suggest an important tool with the help of which you can make good attractive designs yourself and that too in a short time. The name of that tool is "Canva". Canva has a lot of ready-made design templates that you can use for your business. In the sample you like, you can also easily make changes according to your requirement, such as putting your logo, text or product image in it. You do not need to think about social media post size, Canva take care of that as well. Its output is found in a great image at all times. You can also create an animated image.

To explain this application well, I have placed a free video course on website. With your convenience, you can watch and learn this course on your laptop or mobile.

Major Disease? Need finance for medication?

Major Disease? Need finance for medication?

Today I came across with one portal recommended by my friend.  His 2.5 years old nephew is admitted to hospital and he needs the fund of Rs. 10 Lac stated in his WhatsApp message.  "I have registered with "Impact Guru" and have received some of the help", he said.  I immediately went through the website and found it interesting.   Reviews were also good for this portal.  At many places on Google, it was mentioned to be topmost fundraising portal in India.

If you find any patient who needs fund for his medication, you can definitely recommend this portal to him.  You need not pay any amount while you register on the portal.

Just follow these steps.

1.  Describe your situation in the format of Text / Image / Video. You can add your hospital reports and other details to which will make it more transparent.

2. Input fund requirement and duration

3. Share this information on social media through this portal and insist your friends to do same.

4. This portal will deduct 5% of the received amount, the payment gateway will deduct transfer charges and rest of the amount will be transferred to your account.

You may receive international payment as well.  You may recommend https://www.impactguru.com to needy people in future.

I haven't used this portal so far but somebody may need this badly.
